Surrogacy And Adoption is an international surrogacy agency that also offers in vitro fertilization (IVF) services abroad at a lower rate than getting the services in the United States. Our clinics are located in ecologically clean suburbs, away from the city dust and exhaust gases of vehicles which was proven to increases the efficiency of in vitro fertilization (IVF) and gestational surrogacy programs. Our partner clinics in Kazakhstan were carefully selected to provide a wide range of procedures, adhering to the high standards of medical care offered in Europe from gynecology and obstetrics to reproductive services.
Experienced fertility specialists, embryologists, geneticists and andrologist trained in the US and Western Europe will use all their knowledge and take all steps necessary to achieve a common goal: the birth of your baby.
In vitro fertilization is a set of procedures to treat fertility or genetic problems and assists with the conception of a child.
Ovulation Induction
Before starting the actual procedure, the fertility expert will be examining your ovaries and will note the timings of the egg release. This is to note whether or not you are producing enough eggs that are required to get pregnant. If you become unable to do so, then you can use the donated eggs for this procedure.
Egg Retrieval
Once it is assured that you are capable of producing the eggs and your fertility specialist has noted down all the required timings. Next, the eggs will be retrieved. This procedure happens with the help of a thin needle and a vaginal ultrasound, the doctor removes the fluid from the follicles, and then the egg is removed from the follicular fluid.
Next, the egg will be fertilized. For the fertilization of the egg, a secured sperm is used. This sperm can be of your partner or can be donated as well. Then, the sperm will be mixed with the egg, or it can be directly injected as well. After the mixture, the doctor will place the sperm and the egg in the incubator and will monitor the development of a healthy embryo.
Embryo Implantation
The last step of the IVF treatment is the embryo transfer. After monitoring the developed embryo, generally the healthiest ones are transferred and implanted within you. In some cases, a gestational carrier- a woman who has an embryo implanted in her uterus – might be used. After the successful transfer and the implantation, the doctor would suggest you bed rest for 24 hours.
During IVF, mature eggs are collected (retrieved) from your ovaries and fertilized by sperm in a lab. Therefore, the main object of IVF laboratory is to create condition as close as possible to the environment of the mother’s body.
The laboratory is constructed with “smart” rooms, where unique life-support systems create favorable conditions for proper development of embryos. This system allows to create a micro-climate in the room with settled parameters of temperature, humidity, pressure, definite multiplicity complete air exchange, which prevents access of dust particles from outside the laboratory. Non-toxic building materials were used for the decorations. The ventilation system is equipped with filters of fine and ultra-fine air purification from bacteria, viruses and toxic volatile compounds.
Sterility of the air in the laboratory, as well as of all the tools contacting with the embryos is constantly supervised by special sensors and by Sanitary-Epidemiological Service of the Clinic.Only disposable, tested and authorized for use in IVF laboratory materials, laboratory plastic and tools are used for working with biological material.
All appliances in which conducted the cultivation and storage of eggs, sperm and embryos are connected to a system of independent duplicate uninterruptible power supply and equipped with a special alarm system in case of change of the parameters set.
The IVF laboratory is equipped with multigas and flowing incubators that are connected to the system of permanent (online) control of the temperature, pH and composition of the gas mixture.Gas supply systems and supply and ventilation are duplicated and have an automatic switching system and alarm.
In addition, the technical capabilities, all of our laboratories allow photo and video recording of all stages of fertilization, embryo development, and micromanipulation (ICSI, IMSI, assisted hatching), and to store the materials in the electronic medical record.
We guarantee confidentiality, compliance with medical and family secrets. The personal data of patients and e-database is private and is only available to a limited number of persons involved to the treatment program.
Each patient has own unique identification code to identify embryos at each stage of IVF, as also has all documentation relating thereto. Indelible marking is applied to the bottom and cover of each tube. Before fertilization and transferring embryo into the patient the personal identity code of the patient is to be checked by both the documentation and a test tube, which contains sperm and embryos. Supervising is carried out by two members, thus eliminating errors associated with the human factor.
The conditions of our clinics are created for a successful treatment of both the intended parents and the gestational surrogates.
We currently pride ourselves with a 93% success rate.
